published by Editoria & Spettacolo, 2021

This book is a travel diary, a dive into the memory and the path of Attraversamenti Multipli during its first twenty years of life: from the first edition in Rome in 2001 to its twentieth edition in 2020.
An itinerary traced by different materials composed by photos, images, press releases excerpts, original writings, interviews, articles, reviews of critics that in these years have followed the festival with passion and curiosity. The editing and assembling of these magmatic materials is carried out by Alessandra Ferraro and Pako Graziani, who are in charge of the artistic direction of the festival and of the Margine Operativo group.
Writings and visions that tell the experiments of Attraversamenti Multipli in the creation of connections / interactions / relationships between the scene of contemporary performing arts, urban spaces and publics. A performative public art project that radically changes the role of the spectators. A multifaceted and mestizo organism, in which different artistic languages have citizenship and dialogue with each other: from theater to dance, from music to site specific. A project that loves to move on the borderlines between different artistic codes and in the areas of proximity between art and life with an open dynamic, fluid and in perpetual movement.
