PERFORMANCE | SITE SPECIFIC | DANCE
VETRO is a dance and voice solo, a site-specific performance with live electronics and plants, born inspired by the series of workshops created in collaboration with Margine Operativo between 2023 and 2024 called NOSTALGIA OF THE PRESENT.
VETRO draws inspiration from the reflections emerged and shared in those days. The concept of becoming landscape, how to become an element among elements in an ecosystemic context that keeps track of human presence, its memories, the emotional geography of lived experiences, relinquishing the concept of ‘subject’.
The skin becomes transparent, translucent, it takes courage to let oneself be pierced and read and it takes control to convey the message loud and clear.
Emotional geographies, emotional landscapes, retinal scars, environmental incorporations to retain everything that risks being lost. Everything. Like when we used to memorize books in case of “fire,” well… just in case or if ever…
A continuous dialogue between the inside and the outside, memories and transformation, inventiveness and inner landscape.

Bio Artist
Dancer and choreographer specialized in Performing Arts Sciences and Multimedia Production/Live Performing Arts, and instant composition.
She is a guest lecturer at locations such as CCNN (Nantes), Accademia di Brera (Milan), and Alma Artis (Pisa). An author at ALDES since 2015, she collaborates with choreographers, directors, musicians including C. Manolescu, R. Castello, A. Senatore, P. Greenaway, G. Scarpinato, S. Mabellini, M. Rabbia.
Since 2015, she has been an associate artist with ALDES Roberto Castello.
Selected artist for: Digital Residencies, ResiDance XL, Prove d’Autore, Still Digital, Open Studios-NID Platform/21. Over the years, she has been supported by Lavanderia a Vapore, T. Comunale di Vicenza, Centro Residenze Passo Nord, Marche Teatro, AMAT, Anticorpi XL, Festival Danza Estate.
Her site-specific works are hosted in places like the Uffizi Gallery (Florence), Triennale Bovisa (Milan), Pecci Museum (Prato).
Since 2018, she has collaborated with the Italo-Tunisian collective Corps Citoyen for the conception and realization of the participatory project HO(ME) – Valletta European Capital of Culture/18, CROSS Festival/19. Since 2021, she has collaborated with Ambra Senatore as a dancer (A Posto) and on site-specific projects related to CCNN in Nantes. Since 2020, she collaborates with director Sandro Mabellini, and in 2022, she is a performer for director Giuliano Scarpinato in Personal Tale, where she also oversees the stage movements.
