TALK PERFORMATIVO + VIDEO
Ten years after the first performance of The Walking Man, Leonardo Delogu and Valerio Sirna of the Dom- collective recount the trajectory of their artistic project and its transformation over time, through a narrative situated in the territories and human and non-human communities they have traversed over the years. Through film excerpts, diary entries, and theoretical insights, the collective simultaneously constructs and unconstructs an attempt at a taxonomic definition of their artistic work.

DOM- is a research project born in 2013 from the collaboration between artists Leonardo Delogu and Valerio Sirna. Over the years, other artists have expanded and transformed the collective depending on the project: Hélène Gautier, Mael Veisse, Arianna Lodeserto.
DOM- investigates the language of performing arts, infusing it with the militant approach of environmental humanities and the demands and imagery of feminist and queer ecologies. The research revolves around the relationship between bodies and territories, investigating the crux of permeability and observing how power, nature, culture, and marginality interact in public space. DOM- creates performative works, walks, gardens, texts, conferences and debates, audiovisual works, workshops, DJ sets, and parties. In 2019, DOM- was awarded the Rete Critica Prize for best artistic and collective project.
