PERFORMANCE | DANCE | SPAIN
Short solo of 15 minutes created from the longer solo Burial of the Bark.
This work reflects on a lonely person on a remembering journey through the memory of actions lived by the hands; the touch, youth, love, the life, the death. This solo is made mainly for street festivals.
Combining techniques and influences from contemporary dance, break dance and physical theatre, Akira creates an atmosphere of intimacy with the audience, within which to experience the journey undertaken.
